At Mentone Grammar responsibility for the delivery, development and design of curriculum is administered by the Head of Curriculum and the Head of Teaching and Learning. They are supported by nine Heads of Faculties who are specialists in their respective fields of curriculum.

The Key Learning Areas at Mentone Grammar are: English, Health & Physical Education, Information Technology, Languages Other Than English, Mathematics, Science, Studies of Society & Environment, and Visual and Performing Arts.
