2012 Head Prefects Announced

Mentone Grammar Principal, Mal Cater, today announced that Tristan Broadway and Tegan Johnson have been appointed Head Prefects of Mentone Grammar.

Mr Cater congratulated Tristan and Tegan and said their appointment came about following a rigorous process of nomination and interview, including consultation with staff and students. They have been selected from a very strong group of applicants.

“Both candidates are outstanding young people who have shown their passion for their School and their strong leadership capabilities. I am certain they will lead Mentone Grammar with distinction and pride in 2012.”

The Head Prefects will manage a Leadership Team as part of the overall student leadership structure at Mentone Grammar, which provides students with many opportunities for leadership, including teams for various activities and programs, a Student Representative Council, Bayview Captains and House Captains, and Eblana School Leaders.
