Community

Your support allows the School to invest in first-class facilities, in students and in resources that enhance the educational experience for all students from our youngest, through to our young adults for now and into the future.

We are so grateful for the ongoing generosity and support we receive from our parents, alumni, students, staff and friends of the School which helps deliver our vision and helps to secure the future of our wonderful School.

At several points throughout its long history, the School was saved through the generous benefaction of parents and friends which helped ensure the School’s future to become the vibrant and dynamic learning environment it is today.

Our wonderful facility at Shoreham, for instance, was the result of the generous benefaction of Robert Sykes, a foundation Board member and this donation ensured that many generations of students, past and future are able to continue to experience the unique learning opportunities available here.

Your gift, large or small makes a real and positive impact on Mentone Grammar and all gifts over $2 are tax deductible within Australia.

“We proudly donated to the Creativity Centre as we felt it was a most significant step forward for the School in inspiring creativity, and developing and broadening students' thinking so that they can best succeed with exciting and rewarding futures.”

Sponsor a Seat in the Creativity Centre

The Creativity Centre is the largest development seen at Mentone Grammar and has transformed the performing and visual arts, music and technology facilities at the School. At the heart of the Creativity Centre is the 450-seat Thorold Theatre, the centre of the School’s performances, assemblies and events. You can sponsor a seat within the Thorold theatre and have your name, children’s name, friendship group or sporting club name in perpetuity for the life of the building, and become part of Mentone Grammar’s history.
