Congratulations to the Class of 2017

Mentone Grammar achieves best ever results.

Mentone Grammar celebrates the Class of 2017 who achieved the School’s best ever VCE results. 35% of students achieved ATARs over 90 placing them in the Top 10% of Australia and the Median ATAR was 84.65.

Mentone Grammar DUX, Joshua Nung, achieved a perfect score of 99.95, followed by Isabelle Koh with 99.7 – an exceptional result for both students.

“We congratulate our fine young graduates for their outstanding achievement.” Principal, Mal Cater, said.

“These results are reflective of the way that our students have approached their academic studies with discipline and determination, as they did with the many sporting, arts and co-curricular endeavours they embarked on during their schooling.

“We acknowledge the ongoing hard work and commitment of our dedicated teaching staff and wider Mentone Grammar Community. Our staff have invested countless hours to support our Year 12s and this has significantly contributed to the success of the cohort. Our ‘village’ has supported and encouraged all of our students to try their best and to be happy, healthy and high achieving young people.”
