Employee Assistance Program

Feeling mentally healthy and supported is an essential part of your Wellbeing experience at Mentone Grammar. It’s our mission to create a workforce that is truly Happy, Healthy and High Achieving.

In today’s modern way of living, there are very few of us who haven’t been directly or indirectly impacted by anxiety, stress or mental health challenges at some time in our lives, and most especially in the event of COVID-19. The impact of this extends beyond our mental health to our careers, financial wellbeing, relationships, parenting and sleeping habits.

Mentone Grammar is partnering with world-leading Employee Assistance Program, LifeWorks to give you confidential and professional counselling, support, helpful resources, tools and tips to help you manage work, health and life challenges with confidence.
