Bruce has a proven track record of leading complex operational functions in high-pressure environments to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Most recently, Bruce was the Head of Finance and Commercial at Metro Trains Melbourne, responsible for infrastructure oversight, network integration, and the Office of the Chief Engineer, and was a key point of contact for financial, commercial, and contractual matters.
