Our Mentonian On The Commonwealth Stage!

We are incredibly proud to celebrate Mentonian Claudia Hollingsworth (Class of 2023), as she prepares to represent Australia at the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games!

After proudly representing Australia at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, Claudia has continued her remarkable rise, securing her place on the Australian Commonwealth Games Team by dramatically claiming the national 1500m title. She has cemented her position as one of the country’s leading middle-distance athletes and will now make her Commonwealth Games debut in the Women’s One Mile, as the event returns to the Games program.

Claudia will take to the track at Scotstoun Stadium on Saturday 1 August, joining Australia’s charge to win its first Commonwealth Games women’s 1500m or mile title.
