Belinda commenced as Head of Junior School in 2026, joining Mentone Grammar as a highly experienced primary years educator with over 20 years of teaching experience.

Prominent roles she has held include Director of Prep – Year 3 at St Michael’s Grammar School, Head of Curriculum EL3 – Year 6 at Christ Church Grammar School, and Deputy Head of Junior School – Head of Teaching and Learning at Overnewton Anglican Community School. In addition, she has extensive experience in Government, Catholic, and other Independent schools. These opportunities have continued to inspire and ignite her love and passion for education.

Belinda has also completed a Masters of Education at Melbourne University, with a core focus on leadership, curriculum, assessment and student needs. This professional learning has allowed her to inquire more deeply into her own teaching pedagogy, and to question and better understand the many changes evolving in education today.
