We are thrilled to celebrate Amelia Bull and Cassian Walker (Class of 2025), whose Art Creative Practice works have been selected to feature in Top Arts 2026 — part of the highly regarded VCE Season of Excellence.
Amelia’s work Lunch and Cassian’s 15–18 are among just 40 pieces chosen from more than 1,100 applications — a remarkable testament to their talent and dedication.
The Top Arts Exhibition, held at the National Gallery of Victoria, is a highlight of the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority’s annual VCE Season of Excellence, bringing together exceptional works across a diverse range of media and subject matter from students across the state.
This recognition reflects the creativity, innovation, and artistic excellence that defines Mentone Grammar’s Art Making and Exhibiting program. Adding to the honour, Amelia’s piece was also selected as the centrepiece of our 2025 Art, Design, Media & Technology Expo.
“We are incredibly proud of Amelia and Cassian’s remarkable achievement and look forward to seeing their continued success in the arts,” said their teacher, Michele Gill (Head of Visual Arts).
